Carl and James awake in a park in the Treme district. They cannot remember how they got there, all they know is that a primal hunger is growing inside of them, and hunger that cannot be quenched by any food.
As they try to understand how they came to be there, a small group of drunken party-goers crosses their path. While Carl manages to keep his most basic instincts at bay, James feels his hunger is about to take control, and the Beast within will soon be unleashed.
